Are the noodles supposed to be really green?

Yes, these noodles have bamboo in them which makes them tasty as well as green! I prefer them to other plain ramen noodles!

Can you microwave it?

Yes, you can! Simply add water amount in instructions and seasoning packet and put in the microwave for 3-3.5 minutes.

are these instant? can i just add hot water?

They are not instant but I have put them in a mason jar with boiling water and let then sit for a bit and they do get cooked that way.

I love this product used to buy a 12 pack of it at Costco and it didnt come with seasoning. Can you use the 10 packs without any seasoning?
