Q: How much presssure it can withheld applied around the top? Do you have a specification sheet to provide to inspector? Planning on using for 3rd floor

sorry for that, we don't have any specification sheet to provide to inspector. but it can resist Hurricane 12~17. we have sold to many houses, it made of 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel, not the Common stainless steel.

Q: Can these hold a 4’8” x 34” sheet of glass?

Maximum thickness of glass is 1/2" If your using 2 pcs 6mm tempered glass laminated together using a Sentryglass lamination you'll have a finished thickness of 1/2" and that will fit. 2 of These stanton's will likely hold safely against wind loads to 70 miles per hour some storm areas require designs to 100 per hour. If your in this area you will need three. Base is drilled for 1/4" bolts. These need to be drilled out to take 3/8". Use 3" imbedment in concrete for 316 stainless steel thread all and epoxy in with suitable Hilti or Simpson epoxy. Base need to be supported with 6000 psi non shrink grout

It depends on thickness and strength of the glass and the number of balistrates per running length of a single panel of glass. It will provide stability and strength but not necessary.
