Not a good product and the help support
Pen worked for a short time and stopped. Green light comes but disappears whenever a button is pressed. Filament got stuck. Help line numbers not working. No reply to written msg also for guidance.

Low durability product
Hi, the motor that feeds the filament stopped working. Can it be repaired? What is the warranty on the product?

Nice product with good quality
It's pretty good, I was bit apprehensive earlier before ordeing specially from quality. But to my surprise it turned out to be one of my best decision to buy. Quality was good and new (hopefully) , working perfect. My 6 year old daughter loved it.
