Nature's Way Sleep Well Blend, Valerian and Lemon Balm, Supports Restful Sleep*, 50 Tablets

This is a gentle sleep aid and doesn’t leave you “hungover” in the morning. I’m a small person so only take 1/night but occasionally I take a second one during the night if I wake up.

Works great for a good night’s sleep. I only take one and do not wake up groggy.

I use one tablet with one tablet of melatonin. With the crazies on the news, I was having problems falling asleep and staying a sleep. The combination of the 2 tablets , both being natural, had a good result. I was getting at least 6 hours of sleep when I would otherwise got a lot less. I continues with one week of this combination until my body was getting enough sleep to fall asleep on its own. No side effects and no signs of grogginess. Certainly felt no addiction.

I don’t know how else to say this, but these vitamins smell exactly like dog feces.

We ordered 4 bottles and they all smell very bad. (Like someone’s feet that haven’t been washed in a year?) Too early to tell if this product works or not. We are taking it anyway- but gag every time we open the bottle. We will try another brand next time.Update: the smell just gets WORSE. Yuck!!! There HAS to be something wrong here. Awful!!!

I don’t like the smell but easy to swallow. Most important, it works ! I sleep well even when I think I am not tired. Expensive though. You have to take two so one bottle only lasts 25 days.

I just opened a fresh bottle and realized the bottle is about one fifth full. Wish they found a more economical way to package their tablets. One bottle lasts you 25 days if you take 2 before bed time. I have found it to be relaxing, I could do without the red coating, carmine color and all the extra ingredients which don’t sound very comforting now that I look at the list. Might have to look for more natural products to get lemon balm and valerian root.
