Utopia Bedding Box Spring Encasement – Bed Bug Proof Protector – Knitted Mattress Cover (Twin)

Prompt delivery, good packaging, seems like a good product but loses 2 stars for not having a zip tie to secure the zipper, which might seem like a small thing but as a protector against bedbugs, encasements cannot be too secure and I have concerns that natural shifting during the night may work the zipper open over time.

I love it!!! I spent a weekend at a friends cabin and realized I brought bed bugs home.. I am a HUGE neat freak and got both my matteress and box spring professionally cleaned and then I bought both the matteress and bed box incasing and it makes me feel like I am protected from all the critters. It is waterproof and is a way better mastering than my other matteress pad for half the price!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

I experienced a minor bedbug problem. These covers are on all 4 of my beds, including box springs. They are a life saver. I was able to steam the beds with the covers on. 100% waterproof. Once the problem was solved. I started to replace the covers due to stains caused by bugs. These are currently only available from Amazon USA. Please bring these covers back to Amazon Canada. Only covers I would ever recommend to anyone.

These are not the best bed bug covers out there. The material is very thin, and the seams are not properly sewn; there are holes all throughout. I have bed bugs and these have not helped me one bit. The bugs feast on me at night, and retreat into the encasements on a daily basis. I know this because when they feed, they excrete blood, and the encasements have been decorated with blackspots. I have ordered another encasement from a different company for both my mattress and my boxspring.

After putting this thing on and discovering it was extremely baggy, I discovered the package says it fits up to 11". The description on Amazon states it fits up to 9" (at least at the time I purchased it). I chose this one because of this measurement. While it seems like a decent enough product otherwise, I am concerned that the improper fit will lead to it being damaged fairly easily. I will likely return it and purchase a different brand.
