I use when curing pork loins. Holds the the loins in nice round shape for good cuts that fit on a biscuit just right! 😜

I used it to make salami and the netting was way to narrow.

I used this product to cook a boneless turkey breast on my grill. This is the perfect size for that item and it holds the product perfectly in place, creating a nice round football shape. I slap on some salt and pepper and smoke it to 150, then pull it off and let it rest for a bit. The netting pulls right off, leaving you with no mess, and a great presentation on the table.
