Kept hot for several hours. Did not cause any skin irritation as there are only four small patches that actually adhere to your skin. Much better than other alternative products

Very good heating effect.
Like the heat effect but hope there are belt waistline sizes. Was too long for me that I need to use tape bandage. Overall it is very good.
