This machine is very beautiful design and extremely easy to use and it has nice touch and feelings! Very quick as well about 90 seconds or little more, very quite machine that you don’t even feel it when it’s start working, however you must be extra careful when you washing it after each use and make sure that No water goes into the handle and make sure it’s totally dry before you put it back to the electric base in order to avoid any electric shock. Also the seller is providing excellent care and service, my machine was stopped working suddenly after almost 2 months of use, so i have sent message to the seller asking if they can fix it or do i need to purchase another one!! So they have replied with that they will send me another new one, which I didn’t expect that at all!! This communication was very easy and very quick in just 48 hours all was done!

Does what it says it does and warms the milk, but you may need to heat up your cup once frothed, for a short period (eg: even 15 secs is long enough), to have your drink hot.Also would recommend at least rinsing (or washing) the jug as soon as it has been used, so that makes sure the milk doesn’t stick to it.Could have been bigger in order to make more than one cup.Overall works well and good value for money.

I love it, very easy to use it. The frother’s design is brilliant, the buttons are on the handle and the marks inside are on the right place. The package contains a spare foaming heads. It makes cold and hot foam too.

I was astonished by this product.I bought it as a milk heater, not a frothed. It does not “heat” milk. It gently warms it. I watched a video on YouTube before I bought it and saw billowing steam rising from it, so on the basis of that I ordered it. In fact, if you were served a drink as tepid as this produces in a Starbucks or Costa you’d send it back. The liquid is so cold it is unable even to dissolve instant coffee granules. It is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon, and believe me I’ve bought some right old tat.On the plus side it looks quite good. A cross between a travel kettle and Captain Kirk’s phaser pistol. If you want an unusual ornament, this might suit, but as a milk heater you’d do better to pour a cup of cold milk into your back pocket and walk around with it.

I tried a few different makes of frother, including one from Nespresso. This one is by far the best - in particular better than the one from Judge (which pretends to be British made). This frother is quiet, well designed, well made, well finished and comes with a spare set of spinners (the only one to do so). Great value for money. Just ordered another as a Christmas present for my daughter.

It’s a good little machine.Works well however didn’t lasted long only bought it 10 months ago and it’s giving up on me with the frothing.Heating well the milk, size wise it’s okay but not the biggest thing.

La quantità di latte che riscalda è davvero minima, a stento 1 tazza da cappuccino. Il latte non viene così caldo... diciamo che è tiepido. La schiuma è cremosa, ma va bevuto immediatamente altrimenti la schiuma diventa non è così perfetta come appena fatta

Bello da vedere sul mobile, rapido nelle finzioni, sia riscaldare che a freddo, fa una schiuma stupenda!!!! È molto pratico da pulire

Arrivato nei tempi, ottime le funzioni per montare il latte sia a freddo che scaldandolo. Comprato a dicembre, utilizzato tutte le mattine, purtroppo da qualche giorno non monta più come prima, la schiuma sparisce dopo pochi secondi.. deludente.. si può avere un reso?
