Speed Read F1: The Technology, Rules, History and Concepts Key to the Sport (Volume 1)

I'm very new to the sport and would have appreciated a labeled diagram of the car.

This is a lovely book for an enthusiast. I bought it for my 7 year old son whose obsession for figures and details (he's a bit like Rainman when it comes to cars) could be taken a step further. However the book is perfect for the adult enthusiast who doesn't need quite so many pictures as my son does to maintain interest. I think this would make an excellent gift for anyone who loves the sport. I returned mine as it wasn't suitable for anyone under, say, 12 years but that was my error.

I bought this book as a gift for someone. This is his view; The book is a fun read, which looks at Aspects of Formula 1. This is not an in depth study of the sport, but for people who want a quick dip into the thrills of motor racing it is ideal

This is the perfect book for someone like me who was always interested in the sport of F1. It's an easy read, but offers much more information and insight than anything on the internet you can read for free. The book's layout is logical and makes it fun to read, and the illustrations are like mini-posters that look cool. Overall, the best book I've read to get an introduction to the sport.
