I switched from standard GOPO to these with ginger when my usual ones were out of stock. They do seem to be a bit better than standard GOPO at helping to reduce my pain. Definitely not a quick fix. They take time to work and reduce my pain rather than getting rid of it completely. Effective enough for me to carry on buying them despite having a limited budget. The cost is a bit too high though.

have been taking these for at least twelve months hoping for some relief but no help will not be buying any more.

It's a bit slow going but I'm going to carry on with the capsules as they seem to be helping with my arthritis. I have tried several other remedies including from my GP and they haven't helped at all,

These made me feel very strange and not with it. Followed instructions to build up dosage and actually took less than first recommended. After a few days I felt very odd and not with it so stopped taking immediately. Soon returned to normal. Maybe my make up but consigned to the bin and put it down to experience.

Easy to swallow, have not had any pain since taking them.

I’ve not noticed any benefit from my knee pain yet

Too expensive. Will not buy again. Did not work for me.
