My Mister works out in the elements all year long and we travel for his job so staying comfortable no matter what the weather is matters to us. He has had heat stroke in the past, right now we are in Oklahoma for summer so I asked him to try these out. He reluctantly and skeptically agreed to. He now tells all the guys they should order some. I got two, one is in a jar in his lunch box and one in ziplock and he alternates when one isn't cool anymore he grabs the second one out of cooler and swaps. perfect solution to hot long days at work.

I work at a dry cleaner, in the back on the press, and it's over 100° inside. This thing was a GAME CHANGER, and probably litteraly saved my life. My friend works outside in the heat and I IMMIDIATLY ordered her one. And i personally, After I soak it , keep it in a Tupperware with an inch of water in the fridge until i use it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone out in the heat!!!

This neck wrap may work in Riyadh or Denver, but not in Houston. Even if you use cold water, the wrap will only stay cool for about 10 minutes once outside in 90+-degree Houston evenings. I had better results wrapping ice cubes in a bandanna and tying it around my neck. Also, what does "do not over hydrate" mean in the Instructions? The thing never dries, which makes me suspicious that I'm essentially wearing a bacteria farm around my neck while jogging.

These are awesome for staying cool outside in the south Texas heat. The whole family uses them for yard work, hiking and motorcycle rides. We believe in protective gear and helmets can get really hot. These, along with the wind while riding, cool the blood in your arteries and prevent heat related headaches for my family.

I bought this for my mom because she was complaining about the heat and humidity on her walks. She was surprised by the gift and let me know that IT WORKS! She couldn't believe how much more comfortable she was, and now she's telling all her friends.

Photo showed 3 items, received just one. Koolgator should be ashamed of themselves! I was fooled by the oldest trick in the book! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The moral of this purchase: don’t buy from Koolgator and don’t be fooled by the picture.UPDATE July 2 2022Koolgator rectified the issue I had and customer service was helpful and understanding. I noticed KoolGator updated their images so as to leave no doubt to the customer about what they're purchasing. I have used the product and it works like a charm. I couldn't be happier or cooler

This "cooling neck wrap" is already in the garbage! The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I should have read all the details before ordering this. As a real estate photographer, I was looking for a quick way to cool off when on a shoot in hot weather. I thought all I had to do was get it wet, which I had planned to have bottled water with me. I did not realize this takes 20 minutes or more to "activate". So, first of all, this thing has to prepared in advance with all the soaking and laying flat to evenly distribute the contents. And there is nothing in the instructions that says to wring the water out of the wrap, and I followed the written instructions to the letter. I tried gently squeezing to remove some water, but it didn't do much and my shirt was soaking wet around the whole neck/chest area. Yuck. And it was not very cool at all. Not comfortable wearing this and it did not cool me off.

I worked outside this summer in 90 degree or better heat. This kept me cool like nothing else could. One day I forget my neck wrap and I missed it so much! It is comfortable and easy to wear. Great value and works well!
