The quality of this product is excellent. It appears so durable that the U.S. Army could use them on The Abrams Tank. It is obviously designed for commercial use for Trucking and other distribution businesses.So why did I very reluctantly give it a 2 Star? The tracking of my purchase was accurate and I have never experienced tracking issues.Here is why I gave it 2 Stars. I am retired and decided to become an Uber driver. I accidentally crushed my Samsung Galaxy Cell Phone. I had insurance so I went to The Sprint Store and opted to replace my damaged phone with a less expensive phone so I could purchase a Tab. It would make navigation much safer and easier. So I ordered an iBolt after reading other customers reviews praising the device.The on-line tracking stated that both items I ordered were in my mailbox and they were.I am very talented at trouble shooting and finding solution to any issues. But when I opened the package, there were no instructions and it was obvious when I tried to install it that all of the parts weren't shipped with the TabDock. I dislike returning orders and so I installed the product in my car with a variety of homemade additions. So no parts list, no installation instructions, and my frustration in having to modify the installation with parts that weren't in the design which wasted my time!Am I still upset and angry? I was slightly upset but wanted the installation completed so I could use my pad and I would never feel anger about what commonly happens in our lives. The product is outstanding! I had other issues with my purchase.I was contacted in an e-mail by flexPro soon after my initial review. They requested me to provide them information on the issues I expressed in my initial review. Then they asked me how they could make things right!They made things right by showing genuine customer concern! I installed the product and am quite pleased with it. I now change my rating to ten stars!

I think I may be the first real purchaser to write a review. When I bought it, everyone else had been given one (free or discount) for a review. Well, I still bought it and the reviews are accurate. Sturdy, strong, mounts solidly. The neck holds its position. It's holding a 10-inch ASUS tablet in my RV mounted to a small wooden console near the floor. (I'm going to be using it for an OBD "dashboard" of info the real dash doesn't display or I can't see because it's too small.) While it would hold position and weight, I had the arm straight up and it would probably oscillate like an upside-down pendulum. So I used a nylon cable clamp (cutting into the plastic cover so I was clamping the metal arm inside) and screwed it into the dash near the top. Doesn't move a bit when I nudge it.

The mounting bracket and the stem are extremely heavy duty. The actual tablet holder seems less sturdy. It will only get as tight as you can squeeze it together and clamp it. I thought it would have some sort of spring assisted closure to it.

Installed in 2017 Tacoma to hold a tablet, super easy install under the nut at the front of the inside seat rail; like it was made for it. Adequate clamping force to keep the tablet secured, easy to release. Can oscillate a bit on rough roads, but parking a jacket between the stalk and the console will damp that out.

Easy to install, very sturdy. As a matter of fact it's so sturdy, it's hard to bend where you want it, but once you put in position, it stays.

Tricky to install but I rigged it up better than my last one that lasted me 6 years. The top part broke off the first time I tried to adjust it but I super glued it back on which probably made for a better connection.

This item is to small to install on the passenger side, bolt bracket is wide enough for the seat bolt, I had to wide it up.After finally installing it find out the bar where the mount bolt to is TOO SMALL IT REACHES ABOUT 2 inches pass the frame of the seat cushion.. TOO SMALL!

We recently purchased 29 of these mounts for fleet use and we couldn't be happier. They are heavy duty, have multiple mounting options, and worked for exactly what we needed. We will continue to purchase this model!
