Would definitely size up one size. Very good quality though. Would recommend. They feel good on my feet. They are a tad on the heavier size. I can definitely feel my legs working with these on. These are the short fins so i know they arent made for speed.

They fit well, stay on securely, and the silicone feels soft but sturdy. Great propulsion in the water and no foot cramps. Ideal for swim workouts or dive training.

I got a bunionette from poorly fitted fins and these were recommended by my coach. No further problems with that, however, I have a very high arch and the top of the foot hole is very tight; by the end of my swim, when I take them off, my feet are numb and I have a bruise that runs across the top of both feet (I haven't been swimming for 2 days and you can still see some redness and something that looks like a scab-maybe a callous?). I do wear water socks with them. I'm considering cutting a small notch as I'm worried I'll get a blood clot but haven't run it by my coach yet. Happy to have fins to wear, just wish they would stretch out a little. Maybe they will?

Pro: - Fits wide thick feet well. XXL fits male shoes size 13. - Durability: Have it for 2 years and still good, although it's just started to tear a little bit on the top of the feet might be because his feet got too big. Purpose: Swim Team training. This is the only brand that fit my son's wide thick feet. My 13 yrs old son was size 11 couple years ago, the XL fins fit him well and comfortable. This summer his feet got to size 13 and outgrew the XL fins, size XXL fits him well and the only brand he can wears. We tried other brands and they were too tight, some non major brand would fits but do not help with training.

Liked these flippers but too small. Returned for a size large. Refunded promptly.

These are fantastic fins, my old fins made my feet cramp up after swimming for about 20 minutes, these feel fantastic and I can swim for 50+ minutes and not need to take them off. These are a "midsize" in terms of length, so be aware the shorter the fin, the amount of push you get in the water is reduced. I had a pair of Churchills that were quite stiff and gave me lots of push in the water, but my cramped up after swimming - that's not happening with the Speedo fins. One trick I learned, sometimes people put these on in the water and they are hard to get on. What I found is that if I put a little sunscreen on my feet, just enough to make my feet feel slippery, my feet slide right in and they are super easy to put on. I sit by the side of the pool in my lane and do this and then get in the water, my feet feel so good in these fins once I'm in the water. They do not have the amount of push in the water because they are half-length, but that's ok, they have just enough for me - these are perfect!
