Good laptop for family
It is a smart and fast device for personal use Happy with this product Easy to move from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Camera and sound are really fine for personal use Was scared when opening that the plug was not the good one but the seller provides an adapter to my country . I recommend

Delivered on time. The product is good. I would say value for money. The only drawback is charging cable plug is not coming compatible to UAE style socket. We have to carry a connector always with laptop.

The Worst Quality
I purchased this laptop. Laptop was working very well till 1st week. Later laptop started getting hanged. After 10 days, laptop started getting hanged frequently. While working with important work, laptop got hanged. Sometimes the screen becomes blank. Nothing happens. I required to force restart. Sometimes that also doesn't work. Nowadays, linings are occuring on the screen. Very unpredictable. Making any financial transactions from the laptop is very high risk. My experience about this laptop is the worst...

Motherboard ICU Burnt
Vary Unreliable , unsatisfied . Motherboard AC was burnt within 1 month. i had to repair it from my own pocket. No warranty.

So far, this has been a great laptop. You can get lap tops for $200 cheaper but are in my opinion throw away. You use them for 2-3 years and then have to buy a new one. I'm hoping this one lasts a little longer. I did some research and found out this one has a much faster processor able to multi task quite a bit more than those $300-$350 lap tops. The biggest difference is this lap top uses solid state drive instead of flash memory featured on the cheaper units out there.

La laptop la uso para homeoffice específicamente, y me ha funcionado perfecto para ello, es rápida , ágil, la pantalla táctil en lo personal favorece mucho las cosas. Sin embargo para juegos si me dejó mucho que desear , descargue el second life, en dónde si cumplía con los requerimientos y el juego simplemente se crasheo. Fuera de los juegos , me encantó, la volvería adquirir. Esto a quince días de mi compra. Si sucede algo posteriormente actualizaré mi reseña.

My Y520 died, and had to get another laptop, and chose this one again, as the last one I still have in another room works great. But, heads up to anyone like me who is not computer savy. This one comes in S mode...meaning until you find how to switch it, apps not located in the Windows Store cannot be installed. It's a simple process but was not so simple for this computer dummy!!!! Like it. Thrilled Lenovo has these which are more affordable than the Legion.

No soy un jugador asiduo, pero jala sin problemas todos los juegos de steam que he probado. Además soy programador y con la ram que tiene la computadora no he tenido ningún problema, reacciona muy rapido y el precio es muy bueno. El único pero es la capacidad del disco y la falta de un disco duro convencional para solventar esa situación.
