This product is the best item I have ever used for animal smells and stains and I foster cats and dogs. It even works to lift the dirt marks off leashes and collars of dogs who spend a lot of time in the bush and mud. I have a bright yellow leash that turns brown but when I spray it with this and then throw it in the laundry it comes back out bright yellow! One of my foster dogs was on medication that made them pee excessively and I washed all their bedding without this and they still smelled like urine. As a saving grace I sprayed this all over them and then put it straight in the wash and they're all good as new! Highly recommend!

Works much better than Resolve Urine Destroyer on my carpet. It removes the urine smell without adding a new gross smell. I needed a few rounds to get out the odor left over holidays from a guest pup, but every round helped reduce the odors a lot more. So relieved!

It works! Paper towel dry area to be cleaned. Spray. Wait 5 min. Paper towel dry. It also works on grout. Amazing product. A must for pet owners. Highly recommend

Cleans dog urine stains from rugs very well. We especially like that it is unscented and neutralizes the odor with a clean, fresh scent -- instead of covering up with a flowery of chemical scent.
