Just Regular White Lithium Grease in Spray
Nothing special except the price. MANNOL is a good brand and the price was much better than the other german stuff like liqui molly, etc.The aplicator is just a little tube which i hate, but nobody has a better solution.

Used it for car door hinges, did not make ny difference noise is still there. I prefer you get liqui moly products over mannol.
