This was bought for my wife from her wish list for Christmas. I introduced her to copper chef cookware when I had an opportunity to buy them with my air fryer oven for a great price. Since then she had bought a couple of the bigger, round frying pans, and wanted to replace our entire set of mix-matched cookware set with the copper chef. We became fans of the copper chef early on when my daughter scorched a pan terribly when making eggs. Based on a similar experience with our ceramic coated pans, the wife thought the pan was ruined. Nope! A quick rinse under the sink faucet and it all wiped perfectly clean. Looked as good as the day we received it. A few days ago, I used the larger sauce pan to cook some rice and the water came to a boil so quickly, it surprised me. Copper chef for our household from now on!

LOVE COPPER CHEF Pots and pans. Happy too that they work on my induction cooktop (though the small sauce pan is too small to engage the minimum area on it) Easy to clean and little to no sticking without teflon or cooking oil. Healthy and GORGEOUS - what more could I want?!

Copper Chef is not the most expensive I have used BUT to date the best, there is absolutely no sticking , the heat distribution is even throughout and the nutritional value is great as any juices that come out of the food protein or veg is able to be utilised in a heathy sauce. CLEANING is important. Carefully Wipe your pot with a paper towel and allow to cool before washing. I recommend not to use the dishwasher , they are so easy to clean and hand cleaning is more gentle and extends the life of your pots and pans. I have got rid of all my diamond and other products . Do your self a favour this is an investment on your health as well as your time. Thank you Copper Chef

The small saucepan doesn't work on our induction hob, therefore we paid for 4 items instead of 5 making it not a good value for money. Very disappointed!
