This is a great product! I stumbled upon it it about a year ago and have been using it ever since. Make sure to drink plenty of water while taking this product as biotin is known to cause breakouts on the skin, mine broke out when I first started taking it but about a month in once it was in my system I fell in love. My skin is so clear and it is actually glowing! I take it along with 1000 mcg of MSM so not only do I get healthy looking skin, I get nice looking thick hair also.

I have been taking this product for years also my mother for her thinning hair. Solgar makes the purest vitamins. My hair look great ,my skin and nails too.I am extremely happy so my mother. Easy to shallow We both drink a lot of water to help with the absorption of the Biotin. Also I received in safe packaging and exactly on time. I will reordered from here again.
