Hoover ONEPWR - Floormate Jet Cordless - 3 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner - Wash & Dry together cleaner

Great product, I used it to clean a 12x12 area rug and it was great. I didn't know it had become that dirty. Also, you don't need a mop anymore because it cleans the floor and vacuums. This machine does it all!

First of all I received the machine without the liquid cup that is on the side of the cleaning try, then there is no nasal spray at the front.

After four uses the hoover stopped working ?!! Although i haded bissel crosswave which was perfect for 6 years of use but i was looking for something wireless .. this one only worked ffour times and was leaving two lines on the floor and i needed to repeat mopping but i accepted that but then it stopped working suddenly..

It works fine but the battery stopped working after just 7 months and there’s no warranty or anything. A new battery costs more than half the whole product price which is absolutely ridiculous. Never buy any battery powered products from Hoover.

Good delivery time The machine had a defect and I returned it back.and the box was missing something which indicated that the box was earlier opened. I trust Hoover machines, maybe manufacture error.

Terrible investment

The product picture is not as the same as model i received. Which I received different model totally.

I purchased this product from a retail store in UAE. I was very optimistic about its performance. However, that wasn't case. Day 4 - the LED indicator on the handle stopped working. I could live with it but the real issue came after this. The vaccum cleaner started throwing dust instead of sucking it in. Eventually, I understood that if you use this vaccum cleaner for suction as well as moping (with water/liquid), the dirt and dust gets clogged in those small pipes, cos of which the suction power is heavily compromised. I took it to the store on the 7th day and the service center took 15 working days to fix the LED indicator and to clean the internal pipe which was clogged. Once serviced, it worked fine for a few days although we stopped using it for moping (we used common sense to figure out that we will get into trouble again if we use water). Nevertheless, the issue reappeared. This product cannot just do the vaccum function properly because the pipes are too narrow that the dirt would get clogged and cleaning them is not easy, you will spend the weekend dis-assembling and cleaning it. I regret for buying this product for a price too high for a vaccum cleaner, approximately 2,000 dhs. You will too regret if you buy this product.

I have an 18 year old dog with seizures and incontinence. This floor cleaner is exactly what I needed. Mops just pushed the mess around. Swiffer just smeared it thin enough to not see it (the residue was still there and dried sticky). This device gets it up off the floor, cleans the floor and immediately gets the residual dirty water off the floor. BTW, battery lasted long enough to clean a 14ftX22ft space in 1 charge. Update: less than a year later... Very disappointed in the battery. After paying $300 for the machine I expected it to last for years. Now I have to spend another $100 for a new battery because it won't take a charge😡

This Vacuum worked great for cleaning up spills, and sticky residue . Its a quick and convenient replacement for a mop, and works quite well. My issue is with the Defective Battery they gave me, and the complete lack of support through the website. I have contacted them multiple times over the course of many months. With Corona Virus, I was trying to be understanding and give them some slack, however they simply never returned my support requests. I only had two full uses of the product until it stopped working. Looking up the indicator light on the battery charger tells me I have a defective battery. I really want to recommend the product, but with the complete lack of support on getting my issue fixed, I have to recommend customers steer clear of this brand entirely.

I have polished concrete floors no rugs, this vacuum cleaner does a terrible job picking up the fine dust And as for the wet cleaning it leaves streaks and I have go over it with a mop to get my floor clean. I contacted Hoover and discovered that a part was missing , Hoover sent it and it arrived last week ,bear in mind I ordered in July 2/20 . Even with the new part it is still not doing the job.
