I purchased a less expensive powder but this is supposed to be better but the taste is foul struggle to use this.

Excellent quality and product received

I really like this because it is organic, vegan, and has the BCAA's Branched Chain Amino Acids. BCAA powder by itself tastes so nasty. This tastes just fine. To avoid getting too much protein I use one scoop (half a serving) of this plus one scoop of Spiru Tein unsweetened or Happy Viking, plus a type 2 collagen and a magnesium supplement. I strength train and do other strenuous exercise for pain management and to protect my bones from falls. I'm not a doctor but going by how I feel this regimen helps me a lot. The only thing that bothers me is the huge plastic container. At least it is recyclable I guess.

I bought two containers and unfortunately after few drinks i developed huge bladder pain and i wasn't able to pee normally. Very strange as i tried different plant based proteins and i felt always good about. Feels like my kidney don't like this so who knows what is inside of that product. 0 starts for me. I will go back to weight protein

I used this protein powder for both pre and post-workout. I tried both flavors and I like them both. The amount of protein per serving is great(30g). It helps with my recovery after a hard workout/ soccer. I use it to add more protein to my diet.
