I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Taste good so easy to use and it very effective to fighting a cold. It definitely made it shorter and the value for what I pay was awesome.

Love these usually sick for weeks and weeks with many many symptoms but these cut the cold short and shorten the symtoms any zicam product is good I even have the nose spray which works excellent with congestion nose and head

Always has helped me when I feel a cold or throat ache coming on. Rejuvenates a little bit of energy and creates a film in the mouth if your mouth is dry and can’t retain liquid or hurts to swallow during a flu

How can one tell if this stuff really works? I did use it for a cold last month and the cold was gone in less than a week.
