Cherry Blossoms on the Lake
This is the third puzzle I've done from Ingoood - Tranquil Series. I Love their puzzles. It is well made. It's great that it has the section letters on the back. It is a challenging puzzle to complete, but it's not impossible. The section letters on the back are helpful, but they can be just as challenging. I intend to frame all of these. Sad news was that when I finished this one - I was missing a piece. I looked everywhere for it, then I contacted Ingoood, asking if the good send me the missing piece. And They Did!!!! Love working with a responsible business that has good product. I currently am working on a 4th puzzle for my collection. Can't wait to finish it and frame all of them.

Overall good but...
So I have done many puzzles in my time. This is the first puzzle that I have done that had 41 extra/duplicate pieces! Luckily, I had all of the pieces to the puzzle, but the extras made it a little more challenging. I would have duplicates of a piece and then have to double-check as I was assembling...a lot of grumbling on my part while putting it together. I had one broken piece but I just put in both parts in the puzzle (they snap snugly together) and you can't even tell. I gave 4 stars because I wasn't missing any pieces and I like the picture.

Good puzzle
Good puzzle! Finished in 3 days using the letters. Only thing wrong is that I’m missing one piece, row 11 column 2 (starting from the bottom left corner)

Poor quality photo and puzzle pieces
I would consider myself a puzzle fan. I have finished a 5000 pcs french rose garden and a 3000 pcs Machu Picchu puzzle to name a few. I liked this one because of the photo is pretty but it is by far the worst puzzle I have bought for several reasons. 1) Photo is of poor quality. Come on this is a cherry blossom photo and even the branches are pixely and jagged, the clarity of the leaves are even worse . It is so bad you can't use the details to help you locate which area the puzzle pieces should go in the puzzle. 2) The puzzle pieces are very, very tightly fitted together. It's so tight, you need to use your thumbs to push the pieces in. Many times I thought I was jamming in the wrong piece (I couldn't tell if the patterns match in the first place with such low quality photo), because I had to JAM it in compared to all those puzzles from my experience - I just had to tug it in. Ended up, I pull out my meat pounder and pounded on them, so the pieces would stay flat. 3) Many pieces of the puzzle were damaged, the damages were all on the corners. And since the pieces are made out of wood, some splinters come flying out too. It is close to impossible to take it apart and do it again at another time. The good thing about this puzzle is the packaging. It has a nice box and a nice bag to hold the puzzle pieces in. It can be a nice gift if the recipient doesn't mind the pixely photo (if you are standing 6 feet from it, you can't tell but it's an eye sore when you are putting it together). It has alphabets printed on the back which can be helpful if you are putting it together with friends or family. All in all, I don't think I will buy from them again. The Machu Picchu one I put together was from another brand and the quality of the photo was excellent. You could tell all the details of the little stones which helped the putting together of the puzzle fun and challenging. This one, is more like a thumb exercise or challenges for my meat pounder.... P.s Not sure if the wood is from sustainable source either.

Horrible
Some puzzles were not even cut properly and some came in a whole

Clean Sharp edges
The puzzle pieces are not crisp so it’s not easy to recognize that the pieces really belong together.
