Because I have very sensitive skin and horrible allergies, I started using organic soaps after doing excessive research as to why body washes and other soaps I used to use may be the cause of why I would have flare ups with rashes and hives. After switching to organic soaps with absolutely no chemicals or unnatural additives, I will never turn back. These soaps are wonderful if you like more warm, earthy scents that are very mild but leave your skin soft and moisturized. I use other other popular organic soaps that have a very pronounced manly scent and I love them as well. However these I find last longer than others even though they are smaller in size. They have a pleasantly mild earthy scent to them. They leave your skin feeling clean and soft. I also like the cost compared to other popular brands and do get a great value with these along with a quality soap. If you are looking for an affordable quality organic soap and don’t mind the unique warm and earthy scents these are available in, then these are for you and you should try them.

Well, I kind of picked these out at random at first, but I've been happy enough with them that they're on my rotation of soaps to pick up now. There's a good variety of scents, nothing too strong, just a few nice smells. I normally have trouble with dry skin during winter, but natural soaps seem to have alleviated that quite a bit, keeping my skin feeling great even during the winter now. The bars are small, but they last a decent amount of time, and they work loose dirt and grime pretty well honestly.

The packaging of it own its nice I mean its soap nothing too fancy but if you worry about the use of plastic and cardboard seems like the right use. Plastic to cover the box, keep the smell on one place. Then the box inside of the box you got a silicone gel for absorption. Got a layer of soap then a thin layer of separe cardboard paper then soap then another one and soap at the bottom. The package include a Best Buy date so thats good almost 2 years in my case Each bar soap its basically “normal” size 3.5 Oz each or 100g All of them made in indonesia To be true with you the ingredients are easy to read (the color of the soap look natural as-well ) and the texture well its basically low medium not too smooth as dove they tend to leave you some-what stuffy like extra oily Jasmine smells good in my opinion a bit strong as a ingredient has perfume*. -1 for me Papaya yes it does smell like a papaya but it has paprika as an ingredient i asume (not sure) that is for coloring Lemongrass is that classic smell of clean soap sandalwood, lemongrass as ingredients one of the smoothes smells here Vanilla well its a mixture of rolled oats and vanilla smell and both of those are in as ingredients definitely one of my favorites here Coconut you can feel the coconut pieces on the bar it does smell like coconut and the smell is not that strong in my opinion its really good Ylang-ylang i guess once you order you will see its not bad at all but kinda hard to place the smell its not bad though in my opinion better than jasmine Overall its nice try it

I bought these soaps because I wanted to make my own home-made soaps but realized it was too much trouble and I would end up spending more money than the soap was worth it. These Bali soaps have a all natural ingredients and they are well done and wrapped beautifully. If you want to buy natural soaps for the fragrance, then you'll be disappointed. These soaps have a subtle fragrance and to my smelling ability, they all smell more or less the same, but you might be able to discern the different fragrances better than I can. The point is, don't buy these soaps - or any other natural soap - if a strong fragrance is what you're after. Natural soaps don't usually have strong fragrances unless they go overboard with the essential fragrance, in which case it's probably not a good soap. These natural soaps do what they're supposed to do: they clean well, remove greasy foundation makeup better than my liquid soap, and they leave my skin moisturized, not super dry like commercial soaps. The soaps also look very classy on my soap dish and the coconut soap you see in this picture has a very nice texture -coconut flakes?- that feels great when I wash my hands.

I buy this for myself and for my husband. Leaves you skin feeling soft and clean . No harsh chemicals like normal soap.

I tried to refrain from posting a review until i used all 6 bars of soap but i felt inclined to say something about it right now. Perhaps i should update this review after i finish all 6 bars. I am on my 2nd bar. I first used papaya. Now i'm on vanilla. I have been using dove's men care bar soap religiously. Tried out all their scents and found that aqua impact was my favorite one. I love it so much, i just lather myself over and over in the shower every morning killing 1 bar every 3-4 days when normally a bar of soap lasts me 7-8 days. Showering once a day etc. I bought this soap because i was curious. When i got it, i smelled each one and wasn't that thrilled. It has a scent that's for sure, but i wouldn't call the scent welcoming. When i first tried papaya in the shower, the scent you get from it reminds me of candle wax. And not even a nice smelling candle wax. I'm talking about just the smell of candle wax alone. When i showered with the dove men care soap, the entire bathroom within seconds was filled with a nice aroma. After showering, i could smell the soap on my body 2-3 hours on, even in the summer time. With this soap, i don't even notice a smell on my body immediately after showering. I could smell it as i'm lathering my body with it. But after i rinse, and dry up, i don't smell anything anymore. On my 2nd bar now, vanilla, it's slightly better. But again same thing, scent doesn't overtake everything. It's like washing your hands with hand soap. Smells good right then and there. Then after you rinse and dry, there's no more smell. The reason why i didn't rate it lower than 3 stars is for 2 reasons. 1: It does last a long time. I have tried to lather and lather over and over each time i shower with this and it lasts almost 2 weeks. Comparing to 7-8 days normally, or 3-4 days if i over lather (like when i used dove men care). 2: It does leave your skin smooth. I have tattoos and i use lotion after each shower so my skin looks hydrated (and so my tattoos look healthy). With this soap, i get the feeling i don't need lotion because it does a good job hydrating the skin and makes it look healthy. Although i still use lotion anyway because it's routine for me. I might update this review as i go through all 6 bars but i won't be buying this again. I'll stick with what's been good for me. Which is dove men care.

Awesome soap. Man loves it. Happy with purchase. Am wondering if we can purchase the soaps as individuals in case we are not fond of each fragrance. We don't know yet. I chose one soap and he chose another that smelled the most like a long lost love... a ginger soap that a certain company (I won't name cause I don't like them now) stopped making. We have searched forever for one that he likes again. . . This one is pleasing him. We'll hope it continues as we've only just opened the bars. It's the Ylang-Ylang one that he likes... Go figure, big man... loves the smell.... Anyway, I am enjoying the Papaya one this time. Although I'm not fond of the roughness in the bar... I'm not sure what you've used, rice flour? or what for the texture, but I don't care for that against my skin. I am using a wash cloth to suds up and then use on my body as the roughness reminds me of my Dad's favorite hand soap when I was a kid, Lava... with pumice it was... not quite that rough, for sure, but borders on it... I'll hope my next bar isn't so rough. Please tell me you don't use wheat or other gluten products. I really must compliment you on the nice smell it is lending to the bath room... it lingers nicely and we're happy with these fragrances. In hopes that I could spread the love, I've opened the Vanilla soap and have it sitting open in my home office... it is letting off some fragrance, but I think it must need the water to activate the stronger smells. Back to the bath... add water and have lots of Suds On!

Expiration Date Alert! Because these are preservative-free, you may come across a soap that has an unusually bad, or stale smell. Be sure to check the expiration date! I've received a few orders from the Amazon fulfillment center that were nearly half a year past its expiration date, but we can easily exchange for a fresh batch, so don't hesitate. Luxurious lather without the use of chemicals, and rinses off squeaky. I shower twice a day, and one bar lasts 5 days. The following three have earned 5 stars. 1. Ylang Ylang (exfoliating) Subtle, exotic natural flower scent that lingers in the bathroom, and on the skin for just a little while. 2. Coconut (exfoliating) Doesn't smell like coconut, but it has a pleasant, nutty, sweet scent. "Oatmeal & Milk" would've been convincing. Scent is non-lingering. 3. Papaya (exfoliating) This soap has a fruity sweet fragrance, and is non-lingering. It's abrasive when used directly on the skin, so I sometimes lather this soap with a pouf which produces a rich lather without the roughness. Bali Soap customer service is uncommonly excellent. My favorite soap from this company at the moment is Ylang Ylang, Passion fruit, and Plumeria. :)
