Alive is my absolute favorite daily vitamin. I dont have problems swallowing pills except for in the morning. For some reason i just have a hard time in the morning no matter how small the pill. I used to take the original tablet formula but they are quite large and well...why choke down a horse pill every morning when you can just pop 3 of these gummies. I get the same effect as the tablet form. I can feel the b vitamins kick in rather quickly I start feeling pretty good after only about 10 min. I totally understand why they named them ALIVE. there's no jitters or anything just a healthy natural feeling energy and I love how you get fruits and veggies also. The taste isn't the best gummy I ever had but for as much nutrition is packed in they taste pretty damn good. I find the best flavor if you mix one of each flavors. Not overly sweet, taste fruity but still has a hint of vitamin and veggie taste so like I said not the best but definitely not unpleasant. They taste just fine. Texture is easy to chew as well, I've had other brands that I had to just chomp forever and end up with a sore jaw.

For those that are misinformed these are the premium version (top left title with “Premium” is orange). There are 2 versions of the women’s multi-vitamin gummies with this as premium and the other as new mixed berry flavor (top left is blue). This is why there is an odd numbered premium 75 count (3 taken a day) vs regular 60 count (2 taken a day). The flavor tastes great to me. It’s on the stiff end of gummies which I don’t mind at all. It only lasts for 25 days so you have to get another bottle. If it covered all 30 days I would be super happy. I chose this over the regular because it has choline and it’s hard to find in multi-vitamin gummies. The only other one would be from Olly. The difference between the premium and regular is the mcg per vitamin. The premium formula has more mcg in ALMOST every vitamin labeled and they removed boron and replaced it with choline. If you have Olly women’s vitamin this is a much cheaper version and it will give you slightly more mcg of those same vitamins. If you don’t care about the extra mcg or the choline you can take the regular ones. The ones you see in store like Target or Walgreens usually only offer the regular version. I haven’t seen the premium formula on the shelf in person.

I have eaten these for about 3 yrs + love them. I had WLS surgery in 2006. I went from 274lbs down to 147 in 9 months. My Nutrition nurse taught us what i could + couldn't eat + extra supplements I need. I'd had to take Children's Vitamins, preferably chewable, or these. Gummies. Of course, if my good gummy vits are available, I've tried other gummy vits. They may taste ok, but they all, seriously, when 1st trying different, expensive, but tasted gr8. But most of the children's gummy, chewable vits get too stiff to fish out of the bottle. I've used a butter knive to dislodge them. Also, my MN,clinic prefers us taking the hard, crunchy ordinary, chewable, children's vits. These ones actually stay soft from opening the jar to the last of them @ the bottom. They actually taste so good, I easily eat my Nature Valley vits eagerly. AND MY HUSBAND LIKES THAT I LOVE THESE. Having such an astute sense of taste In the normal, kids vit, literly gag me. I also must give myslf a monthly injection of B12. My WLS was performed in MN, where my MIL resides(we don't get along). Both my WLS surgeon, primary dr of over 30 yrs, + psychologist agreed it was too stressful + my family dr agreed to take over my WLS testing + needs. I dreaded the 6 hr drive each way SO MUCH. And seeing her out on her deck, jumping up + down, like a child. WELL, sorry for this rambling review
