Bought used like new from Amazon and when arrived it was exactly like new never used before and working just fine. Size of the plate is big enough to toast a sandwiches and the plates are removable so cleaning is nothing to worry about.

The product is really quality but like most of the home grills in Britain , there is not on-off button on it. And if there would be a second handler at the bottom part, it would be more useful.
