The shipping box arrived hot to the touch, both cold packs were completely melted and hot to the touch; the delicious chocolate disks very soft and beginning to clump together. Although Valrhona promptly sent a new bag to me, that shipment was not boxed - it only had one cold pack and if it had been on the truck for any longer, with the heat that we have, those chocolates would too, have been melted.
