I really like this. Comes in two parts, an adhesive and a nice healing piece. Lots of uses for one container. As sticky as it needs to be.

This is an essential in my daughter's ballet bag. Dancing on pointe and in character shoes is hard on the feet and sometimes causes blisters. This product is amazing for healing blisters but also works really well to prevent them from happening. I recently got a blister on my foot and promptly put this on my blister. It was cooling and by the next day was so much better. Highly recommend.

Rating four stars only because of the packaging. These come in a resealable plastic container. but the pads are all stuck together and difficult to separate. It's really annoying and I see myself wasting quite a lot of the pads because of how they're packaged. That said, they're still a great price and do the job. They're tacky and provide great relief and protection for blisters. Despite the issues I've wrote about, the price is still great with expected waste priced in and the pads do the trick, so I'll give them 4 stars.

This is the most perfect relief for blisters, scrapes and hot spots on your feet and I imagine any small abrasion. It is cooling and soothing — it just feels wonderful. Easily cuttable down to smaller sizes, we would secure them with medical tape or band aids. However, I do not think it is a good idea to walk directly on these. They feel very slippery — like walking on gum or a gel stress ball — your foot will struggle to find purchase if you’re walking more than a few steps. We used them mostly after a long day of walking at Disney. UPDATE 3-25-23 After grabbing a hot pan with my bare hand and yelling some expletives, I couldn’t find relief from anything except keeping my fingers on an ice pack which isn’t particularly practical to sleep. I also work with my hands and had to work the following day — so I was worried that my work would be impacted. I remembered I had these and in desperation put them on my throbbing fingertips. Voila. The solution. I was able to sleep with the pain greatly relieved. When I woke up, the patches had withered, having spent their moisture keeping my fingers cool overnight. I removed them and found I had had no blisters develop, despite grabbing a pan right out of the oven. I was able to work with no problems and no pain the next day — which is a huge relief but honestly I didn’t think the results would be this great! A must have for EVERY first aid kit!

Great product helps a lot with gymnastics blisters.

Pieces are not individual... They are in cubes. Otherwise very good.

We have basketball players in the family and those blisters can be a real pain during season. These have been a great addition to our emergency kit! This is like wearing another layer of skin so it helps preventing damage and relieves pain while playing.

bought these for my daughter who dances in pointe shoes. these are excellent over blisters. she had an awful blister on her heel from new trainers, but she used these and was able to perform. highly recommend.

I used these on irritated skin, where I couldn’t tell what the cause was. Really helped soothe my skin when nothing else worked. Highly recommend.

Have had excruciating blisters on toes for more than 5 days, suffering when walking with and without shoes. Just put these on around the active blisters, wrapped kinesiotape around and the pain was gone INSTANTLY. I could wear any shoes and walk, even run! Lifesaver! I understand why these are a favourite amongst the ballerinas dancing in pointe shoes now :)
