Self-Starting Wrist Gyro Ball, Wrist Strengthening Device, Hand Enhancer, Forearm Exerciser, Used to Strengthen Arms, Fingers, Wrist Bones and Muscles

I was very skeptical at first, but I am now a believer! Once you learn the proper technique, which only takes a few practice times, you feel it working and strengthening your grip, wrist and forearms. I use for a few minutes in each hand and I know this will improve my strength. I’ve read reviews stating the gyroscope knocks against the housing, but I feel that is normal as the direction of the gyroscope does change with slower hand movements. I feel this is sturdy and a good value for the price.

Don’t waste your money First one I bought I sent back due it doesn’t move around inside the ball. Replacement barely moves.

I enjoy using this product to loosen up my wrists and forearms. It is easy to start, but you have to get used to the motion. Once you have the motion down, the benefits of using it are great!

Takes a little practice to get it going. Too early to tell if it improves strength but it’s worth a try because it’s not expensive.

Got a $20 gift for old Amazon HD 10, The price for this product was less. So far like the product. I hope it helps with my left hand tingling and unable to fully clench fist.

Would have rated a 4 but the device broke and will no longer operate. It worked fine prior to breaking. I had it less than 3 months

I have been fascinated by gyroscopes since I was kid. But when my Asian counterparts put one inside a plastic ball with a built in starting mechanism I had to try it. It took me about five tries to make it go and slow at the start is the key. But once you get this bad boy spinning it will give your arms and wrists a meaningful workout inside of two minutes. Had I not lost mine I would have been up to three minutes by now. Aarrggh!

It worked great at first. It will not wind up any more. It’s useless now

When I first unpacked this device, I thought I had wasted my money as I couldn't get it to work properly and it seemed stuck as no rotation. However, once I watched a review by a Hocket Player to using a Wrist Gyro Ball, I love it. My son seems to think it sounds like an F1 car when I had it up to top speed by simple rotations of my hand. Great device and looking forward to the new softball season to see any improvements.
