Awesome salve!!! I have severe eczema and it stopped the insane itching, calming my skin and my comfort lasted for hours!!! I will stalk up on this treasure!!

I have lupus and histamine intolerance, I have tried several creams, even prescribed one's. With no results. This cream is a miracle. It relieves the itching and burning. Does not leave a greasy film. Kudos. I'm stocking up..

This is one of the most soothing, cooling creams that I've found. It really does give me instant relief from hives and eczema. But the relief is short-lived and not dramatic. I don't think it actually blocks histamine or works to the source of whatever is causing my hives. If you read the ingredients, it is an assorted combination of herbs that seem to mostly have anti-inflammatory and other skin-soothing properties. There's nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't warrant the lofty benefits that the product description implies. And it's expensive for such a little bottle. Still, I keep re-ordering just because it's a nice temporary relief when I need it.

Love this easy to apply does not smell a whole lot great on sensitive skin. And mostly all organic materials that doesn’t have harsh chemicals. It does smell a little minty, but not very strong.

I purchased this out of the deepest desperation to quell an itch from a crazy, decades-long, undiagnosed recurring rash-type situation. Even after dealing with it in various forms for more than 2 decades, the only thing I know for sure about what I have is that stress exacerbates it. So.many.things. are exacerbated by stress, it's been nearly impossible to figure out. So, since I have no idea what I'm trying to treat, I didn't expect miracles, I was hoping it would just help in conjunction with my other treatments. I'm all about homeopathy, but usually my skin conditions are so severe, I need to use it in conjunction with pharmaceutical relief to make any sort of progress to healing. However, this morning when one of my worse areas starting itching, I grabbed this just to stop myself from scratching and, within seconds, it was under control. However, over a few days, it's also seemed to have made another area worse. So, like almost everything else I've tried, this is hit or miss as well. I do love essential oils and work them them daily, which is part of why I gravitated to this. I wish the blend were a bit more balanced as it's just very clove-forward. Clove, particularly, is a very strong scent and can overpower other things very fast. I was hoping this would be more lavender/peppermint forward since they're listed before the woodier ones (fennel, clove, thyme, rosemary), but the woody come through the most. I don't hate it, just be aware of that. It's not horribly strong, nor does it linger, but it affected my rating as I expected a better balance. A little goes a very long way with this and it has a nice slip (water is the first ingredient), so I was happy to see that, considering the small jar wasn't what I would call 'inexpensive.' The blue tansy does impart a blueberry/grey hue to the cream, I don't know if it shows in photos. All in all, I like this as a final moisturizing step after my multi-step relief process, and I'll use it while it's in my arsenal (unsure if I'd repurchase, but leaning toward no), but just go into this knowing what you're buying.

I bought this as an attempt at keeping my children’s itch relief natural. I don’t know why this product doesn’t have better reviews - it’s amazing!! One of my kids reacts horribly to mosquito bites (and all bites / stings). This has been with me 100% of the time to use when needed. It works!! I also keep Sting Kill with me for bigger stings. Sting Kill and Histafen are the 2 products I carry with me all summer long. I recently was stung by a wasp, and histafen cooled and calmed the area. Truly hoping I have access to this product forever.

I got this product for urticaria related to MCAS - not only does it not work, it actually makes the itching worse. As an added bonus, it smells terrible (and the smell is VERY strong) - like an unholy mix between bio freeze and gold bond that they try to cover up with tea tree oil and lavender. Oh, and it’s ineligible to return on Amazon, so it’s a complete waste of money.

Takes the itch out and calms it quite nicely!
