Anyone have instructions for use as only needed refills as have rest of stuff from different kit

Hi First brush your teeth , put a 1/4 of syringe in each side of the mouth tray , place tray over teeth wipe any gel of the gums , press button to turn light on place in mouth in between teeth hold in place with lips light will automatically after 10 minutes, rince out mouth with warm water ,wash mouth tray. Use for 6 more days. It's easy ok.

Where do you get mouth trays from?

you can buy them separately from here or ebay - I just bought 4 mouth trays and an led light for £5.99

How do you apply this? Is it directly onto the teeth? Does it come with strips or a shield or anything? Thanks in advance

Needs to be used with a uv light and gum shield it doesn’t come with these things have to purchase separate
