Easy to use, good sounding
This unit functions well, we purchased another one for a second office.

Died after 9 months
I've installed the grandstream Conference Phone (GAC2500) in a business conference room it died after 9 months of regular use it went completely dead it would not power up with POE or direct power supply Granstream honored the 1 year warranty

Great but not perfect
Works great but the interface could use some improvement, someone not very techie will definitely have trouble setting it up.

Loved both of them
We purchased 2 of there thru a local reseller. Loved both of them, until our first one died 13 months after we bought it (Granstream honored the 1 year warranty) Second one died 15 months later.... Curiously both had the same screen issue (touch went wild and unsable)

Works ok but really old version of android!
Don't buy if you pretend to use any modern android app (like teams) on it as it runs a really old and outdated version

Having used this device in various meetings for more than 2 years now I'd say this device is adequate at best. Using it strictly as a basic SIP phone it's pretty good quality wise. Using it as an audio device attached to a PC (e.g. for a Zoom or Teams meeting) is pretty OK but only if connected with a USB cable, which may not be suitable in all meeting rooms given length constraints of USB cables. Bluetooth is terrible, as it only meets basic standards used in voice phone calls. (Low audio quality and very choppy with words missed.) I'd also agree with Canada reviews that support quality is low. There has been too much blame on us customer side regardless of fulfilling all operating criteria. Promised improvements also just don't happen, and no firmware updates have come out for over a year. Given this device also runs Andriod 4.4 I suspect it's as good as a discontinued product, so today I'd look for alternatives and only buy it as a last resort.

only gave this a 1 because there is no zero... won't work with the system last work - won't take the product back say its been longer than 30 days ... which is crazy because it took that long to figure out the system wasn't compatible - numerous techs in - waiting for them them to show up etc ... now we are stuck with his crazy expensive system that doesn't work and they won't take back
