Good Product
The Product was easy to put together and is also easy to operate. There is a video on Youtube that is very detailed as far as assembly, operation and the cleaning and maintenance. While the steamer doesn't super hot like others it gets the job done for me and I am pleased with it.

My Hair Steamer
I like how easy it was to put together, however, it’s a little wobbly. I’m always afraid that it may fall apart. I’m happy that it heats up so fast. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my purchase.

Terrible product . The head of the steamer couldn’t move . When you put it together it was like it was sealed closed. The hood wouldn’t come down . No instructions , never even plugged it in .. do not buy

Just what my wife wanted
It was delivered on time for Christmas. Wife used it for the first time and she loves it. Only thing to complain about is it does come with instruction to assemble it. If it would have came with good instruction on how to assemble it, I would have given it 5 stars.
