How do you apply this product?

everything you need is included in the box, but I have found that by putting on the gloves included and after mixing the solution together, put it in the palm of my hand and then apply it generously that way and the results are amazing, not only are the roots done but the rest of the head is a mix of shades that are nice.

If this is used to cover the roots in my part, will it cause a problem when I have all my hair colored at a beauty salon about two weeks later?

not sure about what you are asking, but I only buy 3-4 at a time as they can lose their potency with time! Then there would be NO color or a different color than what you wanted. I hope this helps!

No, there is only one kit in the purchase price. I will never purchase from this seller again as their shipping costs to our area are ridiculous
