I used this product to hot and spicy soup. I am please with the texture and flavor.

My favorite brand of bamboo shoots. Very light, fresh tasting, thin, and crisp strips that are easy to incorporate in lots of dishes. I have a gut condition, and bamboo shoots are one of the few items I can eat freely as a neutral and nourishing food. Hence, I was very happy to find these.

I am eating bamboo shuts long time but I tried this product first time it’s very nasty & smelling I strongly recommend do not buy this product I tried to return but seller but no return policy which very unfair with customer I am telling you don’t waste money to buy this product it’s scam it’s not organic also

I like bamboo. If you like just eating bamboo as it is - you should look for a different brand that is more seasoned. These are bland, but that is good for stir fry cooking. Most Chinese restaurants around me do not use bamboo any more, so I add this to the Chinese food and it is perfect because its neutral, it does not over power anything, so you can mix in as much as you want.

The shoots have a nice aroma and the taste is equally good. I use these mostly ln Thai chicken curry and I am 100% satisfied. I will buy this product as long as it is available. Thumbs up!!

I add these to my homemade pestos. It provides fiber and biotics. In good condition after being in a can.

these are expensive canned foods, but the ingredients list is simple (bamboo and water) and it tastes really good.
