This was simple to install and is just beautiful. The heater option is fabulous as you can enjoy the flames without the heat! The heater option is setting offers two choices. When used on low it has increased the rooms temperature by two degrees! This is an open floor plan living room. We love it thus far and have had zero issues.

This is the perfect size with my new fireplace! We have a 65in tv and the 60in insert is perfect. There is 2 heat settings with a bunch of different colors that you can choose from. Looks great and have gotten so may complements

It’s incredibly beautiful, and the picture doesn’t do it justice. It was incredibly easy to assemble, and it was a great price compared to others. The colors are amazing, and the heat works great. Everything works perfectly. It’s an amazing piece for date nights. 💕

Installed easily by electrician. Arrived intact. For minimal colors this is a fun family-room unit. Heat came on right away. Only criticism is wall fasteners should be more heavy duty and are being replaced. Remote worked well with fresh batteries.

We decided to enhance our living room's ambiance by adding this electric fireplace during our entertainment area renovation, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly, the cost-effectiveness was a major selling point for us. Instead of paying an exorbitant $10k to have a traditional fireplace installed by our builder, we opted for this electric fireplace at a fraction of the cost. It not only saved us money but also provided the same cozy feel and aesthetic appeal. The fireplace does an excellent job of heating our large living room, which was a pleasant surprise. It keeps the space warm and comfortable during colder months, and the heat settings are adjustable to suit different preferences. One of the standout features is the ambiance it adds. The realistic flame effect creates a soothing and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings or entertaining guests. What's even better is the option to use the fireplace without the heat, allowing us to enjoy the ambiance year-round. I also love the versatility of the fireplace's design. It comes with different color options for the flames, which we've enjoyed changing according to different holidays and occasions. It's a fun way to add a festive touch to our living room decor.

The one we have makes noise. I'd say they all make a breathing noise, and I'm not talking about the fan for the heater, I'm talking about the mechanism that produces the flames. The noise is kind of a grinding / rattling sound, and it didn't start right away. Maybe 48 hours of use in. It then went a away for a while, but now it is back. Not a loud as before, but still... Outside of that, for the price, it looks good and was very easy to install. I will note that the two screws you have to remove to get the glass off are a bit hard to access. Unfortunately I built my cabinet around this unit, so if I have to go to a different manufacturers model I have concerns about recess box size... We'll see. UPDATE: The unit we have makes such a loud noise now the it is unusable. The remote also stopped working. The units touch interface still works, but what's the point because the unit is now too loud to use. The customer service appears to be ok at first. Now, I'm just in a perpetual loop of sending video files to weird email address and a persistent request for my information. I'm beginning to wonder if this seller is just out here collecting information to sell or something... Oh, they also made the "motor option" as well. I'm sorry, it's just not ok. Don't expect to be able to return the item either, it doesn't fall under the normal Amazon return policy. So, what I need is a new unit, and no more run around.

5th one i have purchased. I used them for all my customers. The only problem i had was this one was for my own house and the cord came out the side instead of the back like the others so I had to notch my framing to accommodate. No biggie tho.

Very lovely fireplace easy to install great heat and overall a beautiful look to an accent wall.

The fireplace is awesome. The install went really smooth. The colour choices on the crystals and the flames are perfect. The heat it provides is nice; fan is a bit noticeable but not bad.

Great quality, easy to install. Lools great. Heats up room quick.

If you are going to use the dimensions they give you add another half inch to the biggest dimensions they don't take in account the plug wire that comes out the side or the little handles on the side that stick out just ever so much. I was able to make by a few small adjustments but it was tight. Fire place looks nice is quiet happy overall
