I absolutely love this brand! These are the only pancakes I give my child because the ingredients are clean and free from any unhealthy additives. Really tasty and easy to prepare. They taste delicious!

I absolutely love this mix! I’ve never made pancakes but I regularly make waffles with a mini waffle maker (4” waffles). You absolutely get 20 - 4” waffles from this box and this batter is pretty forgiving. I’ve had problems with equipment that has totally altered the batter and still got perfectly edible waffles. So if you feel the need to thin out the batter, you can definitely do that and still have success. I’ve added cacao nibs, collagen powder, protein powder, banana powder (ground up freeze dried bananas) at various times and again, not had any issues with my waffles turning out. I’m definitely going to try other fruits or go savory! Also, they make your house smell so good while making them! Lastly, I think the texture is perfect. But I mix it up in a small blender, not by hand. My waffles are always fluffy and delicious. The best part about the Original mix is it’s a blank canvas for your culinary taste!

This batter does no set well in the pan. If you wait until pancake bubbles before flipping the other side burns Not much for the money, but the taste is fairly good.

Delicious. One thing I noticed is that it doesn't have a grainy feel when eating, which is a huge plus. Add some blueberries or chocolate chips and *chef kiss!

Super delicious mix but way overpriced.

I have a gluten and corn sensitivity and finding a pancake mix that actually tastes good has been so hard. This is the best one I’ve tried so far. It’s best to cook the pancakes really small so they cook all the way through. Please never stop making gluten AND corn free food options!! Thank you Simple Mills
