I tried this as a replacement for the plain collagen my doctor recommended, and yes it does help relieve the pain. Overall, it worked as intended and felt like a safe alternative.

Apparently Move Free has different types of supplements for joint health. I made a mistake and got these instead of my usual one capsule twice a day. I did not see that you have to take FOUR of these. There's no way I'm taking 4 of any pill when other products are available.

I know there are critics of these products but for me, I couldn't walk a flight of stairs without these. I know because if I stop taking them, my knees give out. This after completing over 20 Ironman Triathlons, over 100 1/2 ironman and lost count of other tri's, marathons, and training
