This back for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is an absolute perfect fit! Came with everything needed to remove the old back and replace with this new one - the only thing you may need is a hair dryer or a flat iron to help loosen the glue around the edges of the existing back. Otherwise, they did provide all the tools needed to help you remove the old one, mine was pretty much shattered towards the bottom, not sure why they decided a tempered glass back was a good idea but that's besides the point. Once I got the existing back off, installation was an absolute breeze! The new vac came preloaded with adhesive, they also added in an extra tube of adhesive just in case you want an extra secure hold, I even used some for the microphone that you want to be sure to take off the old back and put on the new one. Blends in perfectly with my phone, looks like brand new, and an absolute deal for the price point! The fact that you get everything you need with the back for under $20 is amazing, I'm so glad I did this myself and didn't try to take it into a store that was going to charge me potentially hundreds of dollars for something I could do within an hour! I hope that I won't need to buy this again, but if I do, I will be coming back here!

This back glass is very good and easy to install

It isn't glass as far as I can tell, feels like plastic which it doesn't bother me due to I have a protective case covering it.

The phone screen and the tools that came with it were good, except for the glue, which was hardened.
