Q: I have never tried myrrh, can someone please try to give me an example as to what it smells like?

Hi NellThank you for asking. Aromatic Scent for Myrrh essential oil has a dry, resinous, amber-wood scent.

Q: I need to know the diluting process. It says 3%? I'm clueless with these directions. And also, what should I dilute it with? Thank you!

3% means 3 mls essential oil in 97 mls carrier. You can use fractionated coconut oil or anything that you like. For those who don’t use metric, a teaspoon is about 5 mls. You can make a lot of 3% oil.

Q: How many drops do I need to put in a 10 ml roll on with coconut oil?

Never use oils undiluted. It really depends on the oil, how long you will be using it and the age of the person using it. On your face I would use 1% which would be 2 drops in a 10 ml roller bottle. For the body you could do 2.5%-for acute first aid type situations you could go 5%. Less is more with essential oils. They are safer and your body is best able to use them when they are diluted

Q: Can this oil be diffused?

I do not have Tension Relief. I have PT others and I do diffuse them.
