Excellent product
Far less faff than standard chain lube and keeps the chain clean.

Makes keeping the drive train and the bike clean much easier
Using immersive wax to lubricate a chain is a lot of up front effort. But, once you have a number of chains waxed, it gets a lot easier. I give the bike a quick clean every 200 - 300km and it takes less then five or ten minutes. Drop the chain off, give it a wash (no degreasing required), put a fresh chain back on. When all the chains have been used, give them a quick wipe down with methylated spirits, dry them off with a micro fibre and drop them in the pot to re-wax them. Once you've done it a couple of times, it gets much easier and less messy. Beats degreasing any day. Used for a couple thousand KM now with no issues and no real signs of wear to chain or components.

Great stuff!
This was my first try of chain waxing and the whole process was very easy with the Silca wax system. Chain is now very smooth and super easy to clean compared to an oiled chain. Really happy with this product. Not cheap though.

Excellent stuff
This bag is for the melt in the bag method, I just wanted the wax as I have a wax melting pot, followed the instructions given on the video tutorials, I think it should of been a bit hotter than the recommended 65deg C. As in the British winter it all went a bit solid pretty quickly. But, on the high mileage chain i used its the best chain lube I've used in 35 years

A life-changing product for me, LOL
I'm SO happy I: A. changed to waxed chains and B. did it with Silca products. I can't believe I put up with the ridiculous mess of oil-based lubes for so long, and it mystifies me that so many 'professionals' in the bike-wrenching and YouTubing world still scoff at waxing. If you do it properly (new chain, properly stripped of packing grease, properly waxed) it's life-changing. I use Silca chain stripper and this wax. JOY.

This bag alone is 2 worth 2 years of waxing or 20k KM on average. If you add the endurance chip it will basically double it. Thank you Silca.

Bra produkt.

First off, the conversion to wax has been well worth the effort to me. The first thing you have to do is decontaminate your entire drive train in order to change over to wax. This took me on and off for three days. But the result is WELL worth the time investment. No more muck, no more grinding that filth into your chain. I would recommend just throwing out our current chain and using strip chips (another Silca product) to prepare factory new chains for the first time. It's very little effort and you will have these chains to rotate into use probably for the life of your bike. Waxing is that good. I typically far surprass what they estimate for rewaxing, but I'm not a pro or anything. I also use their drip wax to top off in the event of a wet ride. Trust me, it might sound like a pain, but it's nothing compared to properly maintaining a drivetrain with wet lube. You also have the benefit of a perpetually sparkling clean drivetrain that you can actually touch without getting ANYTHING on your hands, clothes, etc. This is truly a game changer. This product among waxing products in particular because of the ability to simply use a wax additive chip to prepare factory chains. No hassle stripping and prepping - just add the chip and throw the factory chain in. I cannot recommend this system enough. The only doubt you'll have is why you waited so long.
