Fixed the "won't tilt" on my Fisher plow!

My poor old Fisher plow's servo valve would freeze up from moisture and not tilt the plow left and right. The heater eliminated that problem by heating the hydraulic fluid up which saved me hours of having to warm up the reservoir with a torch.
