I bought this to make lunch meat. It works perfect. I sprayed It made the chicken recipe an packed it into the cylinder. Cooled it 10 hrs an opened it up, took a knife around outside edge an it slid right out. Useing it today for second time. Great item works good

Easy to clean and use. Just wished for some recipes. had to look on the net for those. but made chicken deli type meat. going to try my hand at spam. copy kat at least I know what is in the food I make. I wished knew about this sooner. Could of saved a lot of money making my own deli type meats.

Was smaller than I imagined, but works wonderfully. I've made 5 loafs of turkey sandwich meat, and it works as expected. You are going to want to use plastic, food grade liners.

My hubby absolutely loves this Press Ham Maker. He said he wished he had known about it long ago.

Worked great. My only complaint was cleaning the small nooks and crannies of the inside plate afterward. Definitely worth the value though.

This does work and it works well. It’s a lot of work making your own deli meat however it does taste good. Because it is a process I’m not sure how often I’ll use this but it’s definitely a gadget I’m keeping in my cupboard. The only thing I wish is that the spring was tougher. It’s easy to press down however it could be tighter
