Sturdy and don't fall out
I've purchased many kinds of Triton pegboard hooks with screws and have been very satisfied with all of them. Each hook anchors to the pegboard on the bottom, and then screws into the pegboard above the hook. They don't move, and what I love about them is they don't fall out when you take something off of the hook. Each package comes with screws for both 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch pegboard. I have 1/4 inch pegboard all over my garage and got tired of the old hooks falling out or bending. These are very sturdy and I've never had one bend. They last forever. They are a bit more expensive but to me are well worth it.

Great product
These are great, way better than the ones that just slip into the peg board holes. Nice and sturdy.

up side down
Finally. A peg board hook that stays put. Replaced all hooks in my garage. Also painted the pegboard white gloss. It was like my shop light went up 100 watts. These hooks are made up side down. As the are, the weight of the tool pulls on the thread of the screw going into the flimsy peg board. If you bend the hook the other way, and flip them over, the load is transferred to the steel tab so the hook can support more weight.

The best peg board hook out there
My wife makes and sells candles. One of her big ways to sell is at craft fairs. I built her a peg board stand to hold her tarts for display. This is a perfect thing for that. The 4 inch hook nicely holds 4 tart packages. Plenty of strength here. And the ability to screw this into a hole to make sure the hook doesn't fall out is key. What a pain it would be to have to set up and pull down 30 hooks for each show. These hooks stay perfectly put, so I just set out the stand and she hangs the tarts. I wouldn't put any other hook type for a pegboard

Awesome product
Awesome product. I started converting just my shop workbench to these hooks and ended up putting them everywhere. My shed, closets, and a board just for electrical gear have all been converted. I am using standard peg board for all and haven't had one screw pull out. Make sure you use the right size screws. My hooks came with 2 screw sizes and the largest works fine for me. Its worth throwing all your old hooks out because now you'll never reach for a tool and have the hook and all come loose from the board.

I don't know why anyone would use any other type of pegboard hook
Been using these since 2007. I think the name changed over the years. I have a garage and a wood working shop with lots of pegboard and i only use these Triton hooks. Because you can screw them in they are rock solid, never follow your tool when you pull it. Easy to move around, the screws have a very course thread and really just tack in to the pegboard. As the directions state don't over tighten, Masonite is obviously not so strong. I must have a couple hundred of these things in my two work spaces, stripped maybe 2 holes in 16 years.

Great hooks, not good enough for metal pegboards
The Triton hooks and pegs are always excellent, the overall design great....but my perennial complaint is that I use metal pegboards of also excellent quality and durability with holes the Triton supplied screws never fit just right. I spent many hours trying to find the correct size screws, but Triton does not have them and the pegboard makers tell me their units are not tailored to fit Triton hooks, they simply shy away from the technical challenge.

In the continuing quest to find genuinely good (i.e. secure) pegboard hooks, these seemed to hold a lot of promise. And that video sold me. Instead whoever engineered them got them upside down - the weight on the hook is borne entirely by the screw instead of the notch on the hook. I knew this before I ordered but thought it might be easy to bend that 30 degree end around the opposite way. Given the thinness of the metal (on the non-heavy duty DuraHooks), you can do that in a vise but you end up with marked up slightly crooked hooks. And doing so doesn't really better support a lot of weight anyway - the part that hooks into the pegboard is meant to (also) fit 1/8" holes so in 1/4" pegboard it's sufficiently tiny that it's going to eventually pull out if there's enough weight on it. My quest continues ... sigh.

Product arrived as described. Screws don't hold well. Can't hold much weight. Kind of strange that the screws is at the top. I would have done it the other way around by having the pin at the top and the screws at the bottom. Will not buy again.
