These hooked right into the cargo hold for the planes. Should be durable as they are a tough foam material. I wish they came with the curved pieces but over all, ok value. Size is just right for a mini airport and a child with imagination.

My kiddo loves them, its nice to have this option since toy airports matching model size is hard to find. With that being said They are extremely over priced for what they are, but we purchased as it was a santa gift. You need several sets to make it functional.
