Good to purchase.
I have been using this water storage geyser for the past 1.5 years, and the product quality has been top-notch. It arrived with no damage and has been working smoothly since day one. The heating performance is impressive the water heats up fast and efficiently, and you can get hot water within just 5 minutes. However, the heat retention could be better. The stored hot water tends to cool down after about an hour, which makes the storage aspect a bit less efficient than expected. One major drawback is the customer service. When you call for service during the warranty period, they create an SR ticket for cleaning but close it without even visiting. This has happened multiple times, and the lack of proper customer support is disappointing. Overall, the geyser itself works well for quick heating and occasional use, but the customer service experience definitely needs improvement.

Pathetic Service Experience for 10-Litre Geyser Purchased in November 2026
I am writing this letter to formally document the complete complaint history and the extremely poor service experience I have faced after purchasing a 10-litre geyser from your company in November 2026. This letter is intended to serve as a final escalation and record of events, as the issue remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and service requests. At the time of purchase, I chose your brand based on its reputation, quality assurance, and after-sales service commitments. Unfortunately, my experience post-purchase has been completely opposite and highly disappointing. Issue Description: Soon after installation, the geyser started showing serious functional issues, primarily related to improper and inconsistent heating of water. The geyser fails to heat water adequately, and at times does not heat at all, making it unusable for daily household needs. This defect has caused continuous inconvenience, especially during peak usage times. Complaint Registration History: Since November 2026, I have registered a total of six (6) service complaints through your official customer support channels. Out of these six complaints, only two complaints were partially addressed, while the remaining four complaints were closed automatically without any technical visit, inspection, or resolution. This practice of closing complaints without providing service is unacceptable and reflects gross negligence, lack of accountability, and a clear failure of your service system. Below is a summary of my complaint experience: First Complaint: Registered soon after noticing heating issues. A technician visited but performed only basic checks without resolving the core issue. The problem continued. Second Complaint: Registered again due to recurring heating failure. This complaint was closed automatically without any visit or communication. Third Complaint: Re-registered due to complete lack of heating. No technician visit was scheduled, and the complaint was closed in the system without explanation. Fourth Complaint: Escalated the issue citing previous unresolved complaints. A technician visited but did not replace or repair the faulty component. Temporary assurance was given, but the problem reoccurred. Fifth Complaint: Closed automatically without technical inspection, despite repeated follow-ups. Sixth Complaint: Registered with explicit mention of escalation and urgency. Till date, no effective resolution has been provided. Service Quality & Customer Experience: The overall service experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Repeated complaint closures without resolution indicate either a flawed system or deliberate negligence. As a consumer, I have invested my hard-earned money with the expectation of receiving a reliable product and responsible after-sales support, which has clearly not been delivered. The continuous malfunctioning of the geyser and lack of proper service has caused: Daily inconvenience to my family Mental harassment and repeated follow-ups Loss of trust in your brand Waste of time and effort Expectation & Final Notice: I hereby demand the following immediate actions: A proper technical inspection by a senior technician Permanent resolution of the heating issue, either through replacement of faulty components or full product replacement Written confirmation of action taken and closure only after successful resolution Please note that this letter serves as a final notice. If the issue is not fully resolved within the next 24 hours from receipt of this complaint, I will be left with no other option but to file a written complaint with the Consumer Forum, along with complete complaint history, call records, and evidence of service negligence. I sincerely hope your organization will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate corrective action to avoid further escalation and legal proceedings. I expect a prompt response and resolution.

Problem with the geyser
We ordered on 8th April 2025 and delivered on 21st April. It was installed. Now there is a problem with one of the geyser where power is coming and the geyser is not working . Please replace the same since guarantee is there.
