Its good but with 8 ingredients, all that are great for CVI (which I'm in that group) and had both legs done Endo Vasc Laser Treatment. Its hard to tell about the heavy part or if the discoloration has changed. I gets marks to easy. My new dry mouth (I carry water in a cooler everywhere now since my feet and hands never cramped....well now they randomly due. Not a bad thing....just please be ready to either take potassium supp or drink more water ha) I can tell its pushing water out if me. So I believe it's working. I'm adding Superior Labs (Please check them out, there a good company and you may thank me when you see the top of the bottle ;-) Grape seed extract and Pine Bark. Let's see if I can get rid of some aches and heaviness! 6'1" male, 200lbs down to 177.5 ha have dropped I swear from stress and the water gone couldn't hurt either. Im not a doctor. Just my opinion. So please try at your own risk as I only go with one a day! Rarely 2 capsules. Bonus I feel my appetite is gone...(again could be stress). See if anyone agrees. I bought this product because I tend to have cold hands and feet and my legs often feel heavy. I started walking a couple miles a few days a week but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I have only taken the pills a few times but my legs feel lighter and I just feel more energized overall. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

I had back surgery about a year ago that left my left leg/foot numb and was getting worse. My leg would fall asleep in the middle of the night w/ prolong Charlie horse . I did my research and decided on this product. Ingredients are all natural and capsule was made out of bovine (not pork) of which I am grateful. This product works if you have severe circulation issues that have bothered you for a while, one pill 3xs a day works great on a daily basis. I usually take on and off if the numbness in my leg bothers me at night I would take 2 pills (do not take on an empty stomach) needless to say, I will purchase this product until it no longer works for me. This is a God send and the Ingredients are all natural and top notch

Didn't see a noticeable difference with my circulation. Probably won't order again.

With the cold winter months beginning, I have problems with circulating blood to my feet. After using this supplement, I would say that my feet are in better shape than they are normally. The act of taking this supplement made me more aware of my circulation, which caused me to take baths, wear socks more often (rather than being barefoot), and take time to walk/stretch rather than sit down all day. So my blood circulation was improved; however, I cannot say for certainty it was due to this supplement, the additional lifestyle changes, or a combination of the two. Either way, the daily reminder of taking this supplement encouraged me to take care of my circulation, and I am happy with the results.

IMHO followung dosage instructions will have you feeling less tense, less stiff and less "clogged". This is not the first brand that I've purchased as the original offering isn't available through Amazon anymore. I would recommend this in your regimen. Especially if you have the typical American diet.
