The innovative grid at the bottom of the sink allows us to scrub pots and pans without worrying about scratching or denting the stainless steel. Additionally, its construction from a heavier grade stainless steel than most other sinks is a notable advantage, ensuring it remains damage-free and maintains its pristine appearance.

After 26 years living in our home and having formica countertops with a standard two bowl sink, we decided it was time to upgrade our kitchen. We looked at a few options to go along with our quartz countertops. After selecting a different sink at first, when it arrived we decided we didn't like it very much. I considered the square basin sinks with the square corners as it seem to be the modern trend, but after thinking about it for a period of time we decided to go with this awesome round corner, one basin Kraus sink. After having it now for 5 months we love it. The size is great, the looks are fantastic, the water drains very very nicely, and the sink had a finish in the design, a textured swirled in the bottom adding to the brushed looks. It cleans very nicely and no signs of any kind of rust whatsoever, as some people would indicated with other versions of sinks. This was the right choice for our kitchen design. The included bottom drying rack keeps the bottom from getting scratches, while the drain strainer hides the gunk, as you wash down the sides. I'd recommend a nice sink with a sprayer on it as it helps a lot to reach all the corners.

I've had this sink installed for 2.5 years now. We love it. The rounded corners make it painless to clean. It has a LOT of scratches now, but no dings or dents with porcelain and ceramic plates being thrown in by kids daily. It is heavy duty for sure. We have very hard water and often the sink has water sitting in it. We have not had any issues with water spots and ZERO rust. The nice drain cover doesn't really get used anymore. It has these plastic screws that ended up lost a LONG time ago. Besides that tiny issue I am extremely pleased that we chose this sink. ------------------- Ordered this for our kitchen remodel. I was hesitant at first because of complaints out water spots. Are there spots? Of course. Honestly I'm not sure what people are uptight about. It is a sink, not an art piece. This thing looks great and performs it's job perfectly. It is a great divergence from the popular boxy sinks.

Best sink! It holds a large cookie sheet. The corners are rounded and with the drain in the center, it is easy to clean. My friend has the same brand but the corners are not rounded and the drain is at one end. Hers does not drain well and is much harder to clean the corners.

I have other Kraus sinks and had high hopes for this one. As you know, once an undermount sink is installed, there's no turning back! I think it's a jip that it doesn't come with the protective grate. So I had to order that separately. (Made the cost go up significantly) Now it is a beautiful sink, but the design makes it so that it's impossible to rinse the sink clean without removing the grate. This is a major pain. I though (wrongly) that the DEX line was somehow treated so it would be spot-free. Nope. Also, I used a non-scratch scrubber on the sink and it didn't really "scratch" per se, but now there's an area that's a bit shinier than the rest. Bad scrubber or bad stainless steel? Not sure. Anyway, it's functional but not the most practical sink I own. I like to have a clean sink - maybe if all those little bits of food in the sink don't bother you (Like they don't bother my husband) I guess this is the sink for you.

We are really happy with the quality and size of this sink. We installed it in our newly remodeled kitchen.

Looks great. But the water doesn't drain as well as Kraus clams it will. It's also not any quieter than the 40 year old drop in sink from the old kitchen. The sink grate doesn't seem durable, but it's only two weeks old.

The design of this sink is well thought out with rounded corners for easy cleaning. I had limited space for a sink and this fit the bill beautifully. The included grate minimizes scratches and also makes the sink a little less deep which is a plus. It does need to be removed to properly clean the sink but I can work with that. Sink is newly installed. If any issues arise I will update this review in the future.

bought this for our kitchen when doing a reno. It is a very large deep sink. I like that you can get cookie sheets and other large items in it to wash.

I bought the KRAUS Dex 21-inch undermount sink expecting a premium product, but it’s been a let-down. The stainless steel scratches far too easily for something advertised as heavy-duty, and the surface already looks worn after only a few weeks. The bowl is also quite shallow, which makes washing larger pans awkward and causes water to pool instead of draining properly. Despite the noise-dampening pads, it’s still louder than I expected when running water or putting pots down. Installation was fussier than it should have been too. Overall, it feels overpriced and not worth the money.
