This is a game changer!!
I discovered this product over a year ago at a local Grocery Outlet. I don't like the taste of stevia and all of the sugar alcohols (erythritol, xylitol, sortbitol, all of the 'tols' )either make me break out in hives or cause me severe gastric distress. I am not diabetic, but I do have a sweet tooth and am trying to lose weight. So when I found it at Grocery Outlet for $4.99 I bought I to try it out. I looked it up online and saw nothing to dissuade me from using it. I used it my coffee and WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! I couldn't believe my great fortune!! Every time I shopped at Grocery Outlet I bought 3 or 4 canisters, knowing they would run out eventually and I'd have to order it online for 3 or 4 times as much$$. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!!! It can be used in baking ( it even carmalizes like sugar!) but keep in mind you will have to use more. So if a recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar, you will need to use 1 and 1/ 3 cups. I often just use it 1:1 ratio because I like my desserts a bit less sweet. I haven't yet tried it making ice cream but I see no reason why it wouldn't work. The only down side is the price makes baking with it really expensive, so sometimes I'll bake something with 1/2 sugar and 1/2 Rxsugar. The dessert isn't sugar free but the sugar content is substantially reduced. Anyway, in case you couldn't tell by now I'm a HUGE fan of this stuff. Since I always order 4 canisters at once (that lasts me a month) it is much cheaper for me to order directly from the company. Amazon charges $19.99 a canister and free shipping (with Prime). The company charges $12.99 a canister and free shipping for orders over $35.00 which my order easily is. I can't speak to the diabetic issue although by all accounts it should be safe. And my very sensitive digestive system has had ZERO problems with this product. So for me personally it's a game changer and I will use it as long as I can get it, forever I hope!!

Tastes the same as sugar!!
My husband is a diabetic (type II) and has a sweet tooth. We've used this in coffee and he likes it and have used it in baking without one complaint from him. Now a staple in our house

Tastes good
If in 10 years there’s no evidence that Allulose causes cancer, this is an excellent substitute. For me, it’s a good sugar replacement.

Doctor-recommended!
I've been weaning myself off sugar for the last 18 months. It's a struggle, so I use every tool I can find. While watching a You Tube video on the pitfalls of sugar, I saw that Dr. Perlmutter, a very credible and accomplished doctor, uses this Rx allulose himself in his coffee. He wrote the book, "Drop Acid," talking all about uric acid in the body. Anyway, this sugar is sweet, though admittedly, I seem to need about three little scoops in my coffee to get the same effect as sugar, but it's guilt free because it's not supposed to be harmful to the gut microbiome, nor does it raise one's blood sugar. I will keep using it because it doesn't act against everything I'm trying to do for myself now. Recommended.

Needs to be ground finer- but otherwise a great sweetener!
I heard great things about this sugar and was excited to try it. I’ve used the Wholesome brand and really like it. I trust the scientists that back this product. I did notice that the granules are bigger than the Wholesome Allulose and they did not dissolve well so I used a clean coffee grinder and ground it to smaller granules. That seemed to help. It tastes very sweet. So far I have used it to make anything but I thought I’d comment on how you can easily fix the size issue.

Tasteless, overpriced, and extremely overrated.
One of the things that they tout about this product is that it has no aftertaste. Well, I’ll go them one better, it has basically no taste at all. It has a sugar like consistency I’ll grant you, and it desolves easily in whatever you add it to, but it’s about as sweet as sand. It is also so overpriced it’s not even funny. Save your money, you’re better off with sugar, even if you’re a diabetic. This is dreck.

I love how grainy it is!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love the grainy quality of this Alleles. Cannot find it in any other products. Provides a nice crunch when added to my Greek Yogurt. The best version for this purpose anywhere. Texture: Very grainy. Love it.

Great Alternative to Sugar
I use this product instead of sugar for all my baking needs. My nutritionist told me about it so I decided to try it. I find that baked goods like cakes aren't just sweet tasting enough to be good but not overly sweet to make you cringe. Too often store bought cakes are just dripping with sweetness, this lets you satisfy your sweet tooth without the sugar high and without affecting your glycemic index.

I love it. I dont really eat sugar and hate sweetnersas they taste gross and upset my gut, but this seems to be tolerated by my body well. Ive been using for around a year, after seeing Prof Ben Bikman explain its modalities and potential brnefits. I usually only consume a scoop before or after I purchase a latte, as CGM use has shown me that Dairy really spikes my blood sugar. I used to have PCOS be pre-diabetic. Now I rarely eat fruit, vegetables, carbs or processed foods. Full Fat Dairy Lattes and occasional chocolate are my downfalls & reason for this purchase and it's use.
