It works great just like the more expensive stuff but after a few weeks it lost its effectiveness. I’m not sure if it expired or expired quickly after opening or what the deal is. I have half a tube left and it does work but only if I add a bunch at first, I could put a little dot and it would take the itch away. I got this mainly for mosquito bites because where I live at they are fierce and rampant. It claims it doesn’t expire until August of2026. Maybe it means until it’s opened but once it’s opened, I’m not sure mine didn’t stay good like I said three weeks to a month. Which for the price still not bad and it still works you just have to use a lot more.

Helped with the itchy rashes on my hand in just two days. Great product! However, you shouldn’t use hydrocortisone-based creams for more than seven days.
