I bought the Airuida Antique Brass Wall Mount Kitchen Sink Faucet some weeks ago and finally had it installed recently. Installation was a bit difficult but that was mostly due to the very old (c. 1900) interior water pipe configurations in that sink. It looks great, the gold tone is very pleasing and not at all garish, it really makes a major aesthetic difference in my old fashioned kitchen. It also works very well. I love the feature that allows the nozzle to rotate 360. Water flows out rapidly. A few days after installation, with normal use, something failed inside one of the faucet handles and water flow could not be shut off. I had to turn off the cold water valve for my kitchen. I contacted the seller and explained the problem, and asked for a replacement part. I sent a short video showing the problem, at their request. They responded immediately, very courteously, and promised to send me an entirely new faucet set, the entire product, asap. It arrived within a day and the problem was solved. They were most helpful at all times. This is great customer service! I recommend this product and this seller very highly.

Love this faucet and how it looks with my farm house style utility sink. I bought both the extra attachments that were recommended and my handy man used both to install the faucet on the sink. It’s perfect for what I was looking for and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this in late 2021. I didn't actually install until mid 2022 due to delays in the renovations.. It's beautiful once installed and looked great on my farmhouse utility sink. The swivel and the movement of the faucet head was a nice touch to reach all the areas of the sink! However, after minimal use (guest bathroom) the neck of the faucet popped off sparying water everywhere and will no longer tighten. It seems to be stripped but there is no reason for this to have occurred. If the water it not turned on full force it can function but what guest is going to remember this? Hell, I might not remember. Very disappointing, must be replaced..

The faucet is a little flimsy but looks really good in my 1936 kitchen sink. Unfortunately one of the valves was defective but the company did send a replacement. Customer service was very helpful. The replacement took some time to arrive. I am overall very happy with this faucet. I have had it a little over a month and hope it lasts a long time.

I purchased this faucet September 2022 and installed it maybe a month after. Almost 2 years later, it still worked great. A couple weeks ago, it developed a leak/drip. I contacted customer service, and they immediately replied with advice to tighten the core if that was the case. They asked for photo to show proof, and once they saw that it was tight and still leaking they immediately sent me replacement cores for both hot and cold side. It took me a few weeks to install these, since turning off the water means I have to ask my neighbors. Every few days customer service would reach out asking if the problem was solved, with sincere concern. This product is great, but the customer service from them means I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I highly recommend this seller.

This faucet replaced an old leaky faucet in the laundry utility sink. A handyman who was doing other things around the house helped, which was a good thing as the nipples in the wall needed to be replaced with shorter ones so this faucet would sit flush to the tile wall, and a bit of tile needed to be trimmed to get the old nipples out. None of this could be anticipated, nor was it an issue with this product. Once the pipes coming out of the wall were appropriate, installing this faucet was very simple. I like the high arch to the spout and that it swivels, as that makes it easier to fill a bucket in the sink. And the swivel on the spout makes it easy to rinse the sink, especially after the washing machine drains into it. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend this faucet.

Like the faucet but needed to mount in old cast iron sink and part to adapt was very expensive.

This is a nice looking faucet, and it is working well for me. I bought it to replace an old faucet that was leaking. It has been a few weeks, and I’ve had no issues with it since install. I did have trouble figuring out how to install the spout- there were not clear directions, and the o-rings and a little plastic ring got jumbled as I was trying different things. I tried going to the hardware store, but I couldn’t find an answer to my problem. I sent an email to the company (email address was included in the instructions in the box), and the next day I was sent a video showing proper install. After that, within a few minutes I had it installed correctly and it’s been great since.

J’ai reçu le robinet mais le quitte pour le lavabo choisi n’était pas à l’intérieur. J’ai dû commandé le quitte « C » donc 11$ plus 10$ de frais de transport . Finalement on m’a remboursé les frais de transport et en plus, j’eu des suivis au deux jours pour la réception du kit « C »

Have now purchased two of these tap and both over the coarse of 7 months- 1.5 year start to leak… liked the look but that’s about it after 300$ spent now looking to buy yet a third tap (not this one) in less then 3 years
